    At SPA101, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and asked to fill out a brief intake form. Your therapist or esthetician will then meet with you to discuss your concerns and goals for your session.
  • What should I wear during my spa treatment?
    We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment. For massage treatments, you will be asked to undress to your level of comfort, and you will be provided with a robe and slippers. For facials, we recommend wearing a top that can easily be removed to expose your neck and shoulders.
  • Can I request a male or female therapist or esthetician?
    Yes, you may request a male or female therapist or esthetician. Please let us know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • What is the cancellation policy at SPA101?
    We require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Can I bring my own products to use during my treatment?
    We encourage our clients to use the high-quality products that we provide during their treatments. However, if you have a specific product that you would like to use, please let your therapist or esthetician know.
  • Are gratuities included in the price of my treatment?
    A service charge of 20% will be added to each service. if you have received exceptional service, we invite additional gratuity at your discretion.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
  • Are gift cards available for purchase?
    Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination. They make a perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or just to say thank you to someone special.
